Becky Lettenberger

Becky Lettenberger is a Senior Supervising Editor for NPR’s Visuals team, where she manages a group of award-winning video producers, editors, videographers and animators. Her past responsibilities have included project managing day-to-day operations for a live-video team, as well as numerous multimedia projects, training NPR’s newsroom and public radio station reporters in web literacy and photography, photographing the 2012 campaign trail, and filming videos ranging from a Wilco Tiny Desk concert to a White House interview with President Obama. Becky earned degrees in English and Photojournalism from Syracuse University. She lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband and two kiddos.

Alice Li

Alice Li is an award-winning video journalist for The Washington Post. From covering breaking news to producing enterprise mini-documentaries, Alice has had the privilege to cover some of the world’s most pressing and compelling issues. She is passionate about covering the impacts of climate change, displacement and migration, and community resiliency in the wake of trauma. Her work has been recognized by the Pulitzer Prize, the Alfred I. duPont-Columbia Awards, the Edward R. Murrow Awards and others. In her spare time, you can typically find Alice traipsing through the woods or scrambling up the side of a mountain.

Guy Wathen

Guy Wathen has been the multimedia editor for the San Francisco Chronicle since 2017. Previously, he covered Western Pennsylvania for 16 years as a visual journalist for the Tribune-Review. The Louisville native is a graduate of Western Kentucky University, where he earned degrees in anthropology and photojournalism. His work has been honored by the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, the National Press Photographers Association, the Northern Short Course, Pictures of the Year International, and was part of a San Francisco Chronicle visuals team portfolio recognized by the Scripps Howard Awards in 2023.

Cath Spangler

Cath Spangler is an award-winning journalist currently working as the Supervising Producer of Vox video, where the team produces explanatory journalism for an audience of nearly 12 million subscribers. Previously, she worked as a video journalist at the New York Times, the New Yorker, and the Atlantic.
