Second Place
After a year absence because of COVID, the Painted Pony Rodeo returned to the Cecil County Fair in rural Cecil County in Maryland. The stands were packed as cowboys and cowgirls from around the Mid-Atlantic region competed in bare bronc riding, saddle bronc riding, team roping, barrel racing, steer wrestling and bull riding. The two days of the rodeo are the marquee event for the fair.
