Judges’ Comments

This category was a no brainier, since the other two entries where average at best. “Journey of Hope” was just that a journey. Split up into four different parts it told the story of my former chief photographer and his battle of Parkinson disease. Not only did the story hook you but the editing move and advance the story throughout the edit.
- Terry Lovell
“Journey of Hope”... 1st place. A very good job of letting the sound and images tell the story. Was not overly flashy. Editing moved the story forward and held my attention. Good show.
