Judges’ Comments
- Brad Ingram
This year Editor of the Year had the best entry hands down. It was flawless in the editing with “Bonny the Bugler” being the most talked about amongst the judges. We made sure that the winner only edited these stories and had not shot any video within his entry since he is a staff photographer. Watch his entry for you’ll learn for yourself what what a special skill set he has by picking up another photographer piece of work and make it sing. The runner up this year should have entered more of his work in the contest other than just his EOY entry. Same applies for a few Denver editors that only submitted an EOY entry. His entry was rock solid and fell two stories shy of taking top honors.”
