Richard Daniel sits in the Pima County Jail on the day of finals at Pima Community College. Daniel missed his exams and was suspended from the college after being arrested for disturbing the peace of an educational institution. Officials say he refused an order to leave campus after a police officer discovered that Daniel was intoxicated. Daniel says that he was going to work on his final project for astronomy.
