Submitting your Entries
The Student Video Journalism contest accepts entries on tape, DVD, or the Web. Web entries for which a URL is not provided, or for which the link is not working at the time of judging, will be disqualified.
See Preparing Your Entry for format, mixing, and cueing instructions for tape and DVD entries.
The online Video Entry Form must be submitted for each entry. The confirmation page must be printed and signed, and sent to the contest chair.
- The URL must be included on the entry form for all online entries.
- Physical entries must have the labels firmly attached to the outside of each entry's container and to the tape or DVD itself; if not, the entries will be disqualified. (Do not shrink the entry form!)
Individuals and/or schools submitting more than one entry may ship all their entries in one box, provided each entry is separate within the shipment.
