Students from Aptos Middle School enjoy the music of P.M.W. (Poor Man’s Whiskey), along with the hundreds of other kids. Bluegrass bands entertain the crowd of youngsters. The (Hardly) Strictly Bluegrass Festival kicks off the three day event this morning with a special education program for San Francisco middle schoolers as part of the Daniel Pearl Foundation Music Days.
