Coal An old man looks for coal scraps in between steam trains in the Dongcheng train yard in Jixi in northeast China’s Heilongjiang province 03 June 2006. China is preparing to remove the last of its old coal-powered steam locomotives from the nation’s rail tracks, but high oil prices may give the trains an extra lease of life.
