David Senior Neztsosie worked in the mines outside Tuba City, Arizona. He lost one child to Navajo neuropathy, and has a second daughter that struggles with the disease. Researchers and doctors believe when mothers drank tainted water from the uranium pits while pregnant, they pumped “a witches brew” in to the baby’s developing brain and nervous system.
