1st: A St. Charles fire fighter carries the body of Chase a two-year-old boy from the Fox River in South Elgin, IL, Thursday; July 27, 2006. The young boy had been missing for nearly three hours when the firefighters found him near the shore. Rescue personal were unable to save him.
