"Somebody shot Cookie" said Robyn Robinson as she sat crying across the street from a home (601 Madison in Roanoke) where a deceased person was removed after an early morning shooting. Residents believe the person killed was Connie Mills, mid 30's with 4 children, including two who lived at the house. Robyn knew Cookie and stated "Nobody deserves to go like that."
