Lanave is reflected in the door of the conference room of the Greater Flint Health coalition as she presents a grant proposal for substance abuse public service announcements. She says she makes it a priority to balance faith, family and work and to find time to volunteer in the Flint community. She currently sits on four boards and recently finished coordinating the Holiday Wish List to help agencies' clients in need for the second year.
