He sells Bosnian specialities, meats and chocolates. Clients smoke endlessly and drink small, strong cups of coffee as they did during the fighting back home in the 1990s. Utica’s involvement began in 1975 when a group of clergy decided among themselves to help resettle refugees. Their first project was modest, helping a lone Vietnamese man to escape the aftermath of the wars in Indochina.
