U.S. Army Sergeant 1st Class Troy Hawkins falls to the ground after being shot during a firefight while on patrol in the Haifa Street neighborhood of Baghdad, Iraq. The U.S. Army is handing control of the volatile area over to the Iraqi military as they continue to help prepare them to take over the security situation.
