After nearly 5 full days after Hurricane Katrina wiped out power and flooded the Louisiana are National Guard troops finally take the streets back in an attempt to gain control over a city which is out of control.
The Convention Center, with thousands of stranded people, has trash , and dead bodies all around, and disease is spreading quickly.
