One day after Hurricanne Katrina hit New Orleans, while rescue workers were busy saving people trapped in homes which had been covered by water, people of New Orleans began looting and Marshall Law went into effect.
Many of the residents of New Orleans seem content one day after the storm. May of the street scenes in Tre Me where water levels are just below the porch line, there are people sitting outside smoking cigarettes and talking . Many of these people have no idea of the devestation outside their surroundings.
