2nd: Ryan Forsyth, 32, Salt Lake County, was cited for DUI after his eastbound vehicle (pictured above) rolled on Interstate 80 Saturday at about 9 a.m. According to UHP Trooper Jeremy Floyd, Forsyth said he fell asleep and drifted off the highway. He then over-corrected and the red Toyota rolled 1.5 times. Forsyth was wearing a seatbelt and was not ejected from the car. Trooper Floyd said Forsyth declined medical assistance.
