Mia at a pusher s place in her neighbourhood. She is on her way down from a crack high, trying to shut out all the noise. The noise being a TV-set with the volume turned on mute and Nadeem not saying a word. Crack is a new habit. Normally Mia would be smoking heroin and pills as she has for the last four and a half years. Occasionally she shoots it as well, but after doing six overdoses in one month, she decided to stop.
