INTRO: Mia is 24 years old. She is a drug addict and a prostitute. In a world of crack, heroin, short term relationships, and too many dark days, she s trying to lead a half way decent life. Trying to be there for her family and for her friends when they need her. Trying to go into rehab and stay there. Trying to keep her addiction from killing her. Trying to live a life other people wouldn t deem worthy. CAPTION: Mia in the street Skelb kgade in the district of Vesterbro. Skelb kgade is part of the red light district in Copenhagen and known as a street where customers pick up prostitutes. In the background Osmann has just finished shooting up.
